Ma Tao has over a decade of extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as IT Manager at 字节跳动 since January 2019, leading a desktop team that supports over 60,000 users across 30+ sites with a team of over 100 personnel. Prior to this role, Ma Tao worked at Ylcaifu as IT Manager, establishing the IT infrastructure of a startup, and at 尚心投资 as IT Project Manager, focusing on internal IT system strategies and project management. Experience includes significant roles at Amazon and SINOPEC, where responsibilities encompassed IT support engineering and project execution. Ma Tao holds a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
