Thinh Le is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving in dual roles as Customer Success Manager for Lark Global Partnership and the Lark APAC Vietnam Market since August 2025. Thinh has held similar roles at ByteDance and previously worked as a Customer Success Manager and Pre-sales Product Consultant at PropertyGuru Vietnam.
