Tracy Gardner

Tracy Gardner is the Head of Label Licensing & Partnerships at ByteDance. Tracy has over 15 years of experience in the music industry, with a focus on digital media and business affairs. Prior to joining ByteDance, Tracy was the Senior Vice President of Global Business Development and Strategy at Warner Music Group. In this role, Tracy was responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Warner Music Group and its artists. Tracy has also held positions at Warner Music International, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, and Proskauer Rose LLP. Prior to their career in law, Tracy interned at Warner Bros and Pellegrino Music Group. Tracy graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2008.

Tracy Gardner pursued a Juris Doctor at Brooklyn Law School after completing a Bachelor of Science at NYU Stern School of Business. Tracy also studied at New York University in Paris.
