Vincent Chen

Vincent (Xinkang) Chen is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as a Customer Success Consultant at 字节跳动 since April 2023. Prior experience includes leading customer success and operations at Treelab from November 2020 to March 2023, and serving as a Solution Advisor in customer success at Tencent from June 2018 to October 2020. Vincent built the customer success team as the Head of Customer Success at Black Lake Technologies, contributing to efficiency improvements for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Previous roles include Customer Success Expert at Teambition and Project Manager for Group Mobile Phone at Bureau Veritas, as well as Customer Service Supervisor at China Mobile. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from East China Normal University.
