Wei Ding is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and research. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher/Architect at ByteDance since November 2020, Wei has previously held significant positions including Staff Software Engineer and Manager at JD.COM, where leadership of the NewSQL In-MemoryDB Engine Team took place. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at both Amazon and Qualcomm, as well as a Research Assistant at Penn State University.
