Wen Yang

Wen Yang is an experienced engineering manager currently working at 字节跳动 as a研发Leader, focusing on cross-border and import business as well as global selling supply chain planning for Douyin eCom and TikTok Shop. Previously, Wen served as a vice president at 摩根士丹利, where they managed the development and system analysis for global regulatory reporting, and held the position of associate earlier in their career, working on regulatory reporting systems engineering. Wen has also contributed as a technical expert at Alibaba Group, leading globalization initiatives for the Alibaba.com trading platform. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
