Yang Yang

Yang Yang is currently the Data and Algorithm Director at ByteDance, leading the data and algorithm team. Previously, Yang served as the Technical Director at Tencent Music Entertainment Group, overseeing the Kugou Data Technology Department, which included teams of data analysts and engineers. From 2019 to 2023, Yang held the position of Principal Engineer at DiDi, managing various data teams across multiple business lines. Earlier, Yang worked at Alibaba Group for nearly a decade in roles such as Algorithm Expert and Head of Growth Automation Algorithm Platform. Yang earned a master's degree in computer science from Shanghai Maritime University and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Harbin Institute of Technology.
