Tracy Yang

Tracy Yang is currently the General Manager EUI at BytePlus, a division of ByteDance, overseeing business operations in Europe and Israel. With over 15 years of experience spanning B2B and B2C sectors, Tracy has held various strategic roles in companies including ZTE Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, and Magic Leap Edtech Group, where they served as CEO and cofounder. They hold an MBA from London Business School and have a background in Computer Science and Technology from Chongqing University. Tracy has lived and worked in over 10 countries, showcasing a deep understanding of both Eastern and Western business practices.
