Doug Jarus

Doug Jarus has over 25 years of professional experience. In 2021, they began working as a Solutions Engineer at Byteworks. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Founder and Head Instructor at Dynamic Martial Arts, the first certified Gongkwon Yusul academy in the United States owned by a non-Korean instructor. In this role, they taught students of all ages and was active in service to the local community and schools. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Systems Application Engineer at Esterline Federal, where they were responsible for the technical aspects of avionic displays, custom systems, and rugged computer sales and proposal efforts. From 2001 to 2015, they worked at Barco Federal Systems in three roles: Systems Application Engineer, Sales Support Engineer, and Field Service Engineer. In 1999, they worked as a Field Service Engineer at Alpha Technologies, where they supported, repaired, and maintained a network of over 2,000 uninterruptible power supplies for a major contract in the telecom market. From 1993 to 1999, they served in the US Army as a Firefinder Radar Repairman, where they maintained, repaired, and deployed ground surveillance and target acquisition radars in support of mission objectives and trained radar crews.

Doug Jarus has a Master of Science in Management from Troy University, which they obtained between 1998 and 1999. Doug also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Auburn University between 1989 and 1993. Doug has also attended Shiloh, however no degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, Doug has obtained a variety of certifications from Zoom and Cisco between 2021 and 2022.
