Jeff Sheets has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Jeff started their career at Brigham Young University (BYU), where they held various roles including Professor, Associate Professor, Director of the Center for Creativity & Collaboration, and Founder/Director of the BYU AdLab. During their time at BYU, Jeff Sheets also co-founded the BYU AdLab, an award-winning ad agency where professionals mentored students on real-world client projects. Some notable clients of the BYU AdLab included Nike, Nestle, Gatorade, Burger King, and Ford Motor Company. Jeff Sheets currently serves as the Faculty Director of BYU AdLab.

Jeff Sheets attended Brigham Young University from 1992 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing Communications/Advertising. After that, from 1998 to 1999, they attended the University of Utah for a program in Integrated Marketing Communication. Finally, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Communications Masters Program at Brigham Young University.
