Derek Jordan is an experienced leader and dedicated team player with a diverse background in land development and camp operations. As a Land Development Intern at Quiddity in 2025, Derek gained valuable industry experience. Prior roles include serving as a Camp Counselor at Pine Cove in 2024, where Derek mentored over 50 middle school campers and collaborated with peers to create engaging experiences for more than 1,000 attendees. Derek also held the position of Camp Chef/Work Crew Operations, ensuring safe meal preparation for over 1,500 campers and staff.
