Tim Gardiner

Tim Gardiner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and agile methodologies. Currently serving as an instructor at BZI since May 2023, Tim has held various roles, including Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer at Home Point Financial from October 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes a Scrum Master position at Vivint Smart Home and Anthem, where Tim contributed to IT teams in the healthcare sector. Tim's career began at Noverus Innovations as a technician, eventually advancing to Project Delivery Manager, alongside a role in Individualized Care Management at IHSS. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Evangel University.
