Lynn Watson is currently the Director of Performance, Improvement and Innovation at C-Change Scotland, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, they served as Depute Director at C-Change from 2008 to 2019. Lynn studied nursing at Glasgow, earning a Registered Mental Health Nurse degree from 1990, and is presently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Health and Social Care at the University of Paisley.
