Frances Bauer

Frances Bauer possesses diverse experience across various sectors, including food service, education, and health nutrition. At BrightSide Produce, Frances served as a Good Food Access Program Intern, focusing on grant writing, WIC vendor registration advocacy, and data collection. A role as a Substitute Teacher for Chicago Public Schools involved managing classrooms and ensuring student safety. As a Field Support Coordinator at Vestas, responsibilities included supporting wind turbine construction logistics and maintaining inventory. Additional roles included Bartender at Hi-Lo Bar, Dietary Aide at BRIA Health Services, and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where Frances emphasized food safety and student guidance. Currently, Frances is a WIC Nutritionist at CEDA and has also worked as a Food Service Worker for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
