Jamie Schmidt

Jamie Schmidt has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the areas of land entitlements, marketing, and planning. From 2017 onwards, Jamie worked as the Director of Land Entitlements at Under Canvas Inc., where they played a key role in securing land entitlements for multiple locations and identifying new markets for property acquisition. Previously, Jamie served as the CEO and President of CES Machine Products Inc., overseeing the operations of a contract manufacturing corporation focused on Swiss screw machining. In this role, they implemented plans to maximize profitability and revenue growth, and developed a dedicated management team. Jamie also held the role of VP Marketing and Planning at CES, where they transformed the company's branding and restructured the planning process for better accuracy and efficiency. Before that, Jamie worked as the Marketing Director/Planner at Durga Design, where they provided marketing support, design services, and technical document production for the AEC industry. Prior to that, Jamie worked as a Land Use Planner at Wood Rodgers, Inc., where they directed land development projects and assisted in entitlement processing and drafting civil plan sets. Their career began as an Assistant Planner at Gray Associates.

Jamie Schmidt attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. The field of study for their degree is unknown.
