Brian Wagg

Brian Wagg is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over three decades at C-FER Technologies, where roles include Director of Testing Services, Director of Business Development & Strategic Initiatives, and Director of Corporate Services. In the Testing Services Division, Brian leads teams focused on Structures, Flow Systems, and Severe Environments, conducting industry-led projects that assess equipment performance under various conditions. Additionally, Brian connects with industry and government to address engineering challenges and spearheads initiatives to enhance geothermal systems. Prior experience includes supervising engineering teams in oil and gas, conducting research on sand production in heavy oil operations, and contributing to the development of standards for pumping systems. Brian holds both a Master of Science in Engineering Geology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
