Steve Eggleton

Steve Eggleton began their career as a Middleware Specialist at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 1998. Steve then worked as a Middleware Consultant at Terence Chapman Group plc before joining the Bank of England in 2002 as a Data Analytics & Modelling Manager. In this role, Steve was responsible for implementing a new data platform and leading the design, development, and delivery of data projects and programs. Steve remained with the Bank of England until 2019 when they joined the Bank of Canada as a Program Manager. In 2021, Steve returned to the Bank of England as the Head of Cloud and Data Platforms. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data Platforms at C. Hoare & Co.

Steve Eggleton attended De Montfort University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
