Mark Oxley

Mark Oxley is currently a Proposals Manager at Seaway Heavy Lifting, where they lead new build vessel projects and initiatives for re-powering existing vessels to support clients' lower emission goals. Previously, Mark managed complex tenders for EPCI Renewables and integrated installation projects, emphasizing contract management, negotiation, and risk management. They held significant roles at Heerema Marine Contractors as Lead for Contracts & Risk, and at various engineering firms, including C-Job Naval Architects and Huisman-Itrec, where they served as Project Engineer. Mark began their career as a Project Engineer at Stapel Shipyard and later worked as a General Manager at Universal Testing Services.
