Christoph Knapp is a Bioinformatics Scientist at c-LEcta GmbH since October 2015 and has been serving as a Research Assistant at The University of Auckland since September 2014, contributing to the software development of iNZight-Lite. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant during a Master’s program at The University of Auckland from March 2011 to February 2014, and a Summer Student position at The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research Ltd in 2013, where Christoph developed a web interface for coexpression analysis from RNA-seq read count data. Christoph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioinformatics from The University of Auckland (2007-2010) and a university-entrance diploma from Privates Abendgymnasium Wuerzburg (2000-2004).
