Lena Schilling has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as Team Manager and Project Manager at c-LEcta GmbH since April 2015. Prior to this role, Lena completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Max-Planck-Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology from December 2011 to April 2015, where both doctoral studies and postdoctoral research were conducted. Lena's professional journey began with a Master’s thesis at Sanofi Deutschland GmbH in 2011 and included internships at the Ministry of Agriculture and Apetito AG. Academically, Lena holds a Master of Science in Agro-biotechnology and a Bachelor of Science in Ecotrophology from Justus-Liebig-Universität in Gießen, Germany.
