Robert Parrington.

Robert Parrington is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Resilient Leaders Elements since June 2019, Robert focuses on developing leadership skills in high-pressure environments. As a Guest Relationship Consultant at Wakatobi Resort and Pelagian Dive Yacht, Robert enhances guest experiences in a premier diving destination. Robert is also an Accredited Activator for C-me Colour Profiling and a Fellow at The Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA). Previously, Robert held various roles, including High-Performance Lecturer at Kingston Business School and UK National Coordinator for UNESCO's Associated Schools Project. With an MBA in Strategic Management from Kingston University, Robert has contributed to research on employee engagement and workplace innovation, driving improvements in organizational performance.
