Bernard d'Avout

Bernard d'Avout is the Chief Executive Officer of Council of Experts (c-o-e) Monaco SaRL, a role they have held since 2013. They are a partner at Time for the Planet, a non-profit that creates and finances companies fighting global climate change, since 2020. They previously served as Managing Director of Council of Experts (c-o-e) Monaco SaRL from 2014 to 2018. Their expertise includes information governance, API, cybersecurity, data protection, regulatory risk management and system architecture, with experience across banking, insurance, asset management, family offices, governmental institutions and transportation. They are pursuing engineering studies at ESIAL and ESSTIN and have studied at Sciences Po - Nancy.
