cPort Credit Union has evolved throughout the years since its 1931 inception. What began as the Federal Employees Credit Union of Maine and only the third CU in the state of Maine has come to mean so much more to the community.  

We have been fortunate to have sustained strong member growth throughout the years and have expanded our company to now include five branch locations throughout Augusta, Scarborough and Portland.  

We live by the 5C’s otherwise known as our core values: Character, Cooperative, Current, Community and Confidence. It is with these guiding principles that we continually strive to deliver the best possible financial experience to our members. 

On both a professional and personal level our employees are active within the community, giving back in any way they can. As a company, we are proud to enter the 17th year of our cornerstone program, The cPort Career Aspiration Program. Over the years we have awarded over $125,000 in scholarships.
