Whitney DeVoto

Whitney DeVoto has a diverse work experience. Whitney began their career in 2011 as a Graphic Design Intern at Journal Communications Inc. and a Freelance Graphic Designer at wydesigns. In the same year, they also became the Director of Operations at C615, where they worked closely with the founder and tracked employee development, made effective staffing decisions, and organized team-building exercises. In 2019, they joined the National Renewable Energy Laboratory as an Organizational Change Management Specialist, Special Project Assignment, University Partnerships Program, Special Project Assignment, Organizational Change Management, Business Support III, and Business Support II. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Change Management and Project Management Analyst at C-Shift Consulting.

Whitney DeVoto obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a concentration in Media Design from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2007 to 2011. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Vanderbilt University. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. In 2021, they obtained a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
