Ciera Young

Ciera Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, data management, and community outreach. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at C Space since January 2021, Ciera has progressed through various roles, including Consultant and Associate Consultant. Prior experience includes a Development Associate Intern position at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where Ciera successfully developed a standard operating procedure for digitizing donor files and maintained a comprehensive database of constituent records. Ciera also contributed as a Research Assistant at Boston Medical Center and held roles as an Office Assistant in both Boston University College of Fine Arts and a dental practice. Ciera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from Boston University and a high school diploma from Punahou School.
