D'Annette holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Emerson College.

Our mission is to provide public access to the political process. C-SPAN receives no government funding; operations are funded by fees paid by cable and satellite affiliates who carry C-SPAN programming.
