Conrad Bell, Jr., CISSP, CISM has extensive experience in the field of information security. Conrad has held various senior leadership positions throughout their career.

From 2016 to present, Conrad has been serving as the SVP, Chief Information Security Officer at C Spire. In this role, they report directly to the CEO, Executive Board, and Chief Counsel. Conrad oversees 13 Senior IT Managers and serves as the chief technical advisor and process owner for all information security, privacy, and business continuity standards. Conrad is responsible for driving organizational strategy, implementing new processes and procedures, and continuously improving the security and robustness of corporate infrastructure and enterprise systems.

Prior to their current role, Conrad worked at C Spire as the VP, Chief Information Security Officer from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they were responsible for all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information in compliance with the organization's security policies. Conrad spearheaded programs to enhance information security protocols and developed key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the security management program.

Before joining C Spire, Conrad held several positions at United States Air Force, General Dynamics Information Technology, and Northrop Grumman. At the Air Force, they served as a Supervisory IT Specialist and Chief Technical Advisor, overseeing a large IT organization and protecting the global network infrastructure against security threats. At General Dynamics Information Technology, they worked as a Senior Network Security Engineer and CITS Liaison Officer. And at Northrop Grumman, Conrad was a Senior Network Engineer and Team Lead, providing technical support, improving security measures, and managing projects.

Conrad's experience and expertise in information security make him a highly qualified professional in the field.

Conrad Bell, Jr., CISSP, CISM has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, obtained between 1991 and 1997. Conrad also holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Capella University, obtained between 2014 and 2016. In addition, Conrad completed a course in Cyberspace 300: Joint Advanced Cyberspace Operations at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology in 2012. Conrad has additional certifications as a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA and as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications were not provided.
