Kyle Jones

Kyle Jones is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at C Spire since October 2014, Kyle focuses on optimizing Workday modules, particularly for annual open enrollment and performance processes. Previously, Kyle played a key role in implementing Workday HCM and payroll as a Human Resources Generalist. Kyle has also held various leadership positions within the Mississippi Society for Human Resource Management, including Social Media Director and Chapter President. Additionally, Kyle served as a Guest Instructor at The University of Southern Mississippi and managed HR functions at MegaGate Broadband. Educational background includes a degree from The University of Southern Mississippi.
