Mark Britnell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark started their career as an Intern at IMG College - Vol Network in 2011 and later worked as a Customer Service Representative at BSN SPORTS. In 2013, they joined Home Federal Bank of Tennessee as a Bank Service Representative. Mark then moved to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc in 2014, where they served as an Account Representative. In 2015, Mark joined C Spire as an Operations Analyst and subsequently held positions as a Technical Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Senior Manager, Customer Support Operations. Mark then became the Director, Customer Operations and is currently working as the Director of Operations at C Spire. In addition to their corporate roles, Mark also serves as a Board Member at Columbia State Community College since 2020.
Mark Britnell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Sport Management and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the years 2008 to 2011. In addition, they have completed several additional certifications including Micro-Certification in Predictive Intelligence and Adopting a Platform Owner Mindset from Servicenow Training & Certification, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Process Management International (PMI), and ITIL Foundation from PeopleCert.
