Mark Winstead

Mark Winstead is an accomplished technical executive with over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and field operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Field Operations at C Spire since July 2004, Mark oversees multi-million dollar operational and capital expense budgets and has a strong track record in evaluating RFP responses and negotiating contracts. Previous roles at C Spire include Director of Network Operations, where leadership was provided for the daily operations of wireless and fiber networks, and Sr. Manager of RF Performance, focusing on wireless voice and data networks. Mark's career began at AT&T Wireless as RF Manager, and experience was further gained at SkyTel and Raytheon before serving in the U.S. Army as a Captain in the Signal Corps. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
