Rick Shields

Rick Shields is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at C Spire since July 2018, Rick has a diverse background that includes leadership roles such as Squad Leader for the Security/Monitoring team at TekLinks and Claris Networks. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Rick has held various positions, including Director of Information Technology at Jewelry Television and Customer Support Manager at MedImage, Inc. Rick holds an Associate of Science in Applied Science from Oakland Community College and has completed training at the William Beaumont Hospital School of Nuclear Medicine.
