Rick Daughtrey, PHR has over 20 years of experience in business development and human resources consulting. Rick began their career in 1998 as Vice President at CraftSystems, Inc., where they were responsible for business development and human resources consulting. During their time there, they worked with Dr. Larry Craft on the Craft Personality Questionnaire, a highly validated assessment administered to over 500,000 participants for pre-employment selection and development. In 2008, Rick became President of CraftProfiles, LLC. In 2011, they joined TriNet as a Sales Development Consultant and retired from the position in 2017. Since then, they have been Vice President of Business Development at C-Suite Analytics, providing solutions to reducing turnover and improving engagement based on founder Dick Finnegan's groundbreaking book, Rethinking Retention in Good Times and Bad.

Rick Daughtrey obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics-Engineering from Washington and Lee University between 1966 and 1970. Rick also achieved Academic Honors from Maury High School between 1962 and 1966 in Physical Sciences. In October 2016, they obtained a 215 Resident Insurance License from the Florida Department of Financial Services. Rick is also certified as a PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
