Daniel Dark is currently the owner of Gentlemen's Cigars, a unique mobile cigar lounge, and is a member of the C-Suite Network. As an author, they have penned the Knife's Tell series and Victorian cookbooks through Seventh Star Press since 2017. Previously, Daniel owned 1876 Catsup, where they designed and bottled Victorian-style catsup, and served as a culinary curator at Bistro 1876, focusing on recreating historical recipes. Their education includes studies in Culinary Arts at Pellissippi State Community College and Electrical Engineering at Middle Tennessee State University. Additionally, they produce and interview for the digital television series "Out of the Darkness with Daniel Dark."
