What is a Contract Executive?

A C-Suite Support contract executive is an executive who is adept at stepping into companies as a part-time executive, a temporary executive, an interim executive, a fractional executive, or as a consultant. We help you define what you need accomplished and in what period of time. We then find the right talent for your company and your need(s) from our extensive network.

Part Time or Fractional Executive – A part time executive role that is less than 5 days per week. A good example is a company that requires a senior-level marketing executive, but not every day. So C-Suite will match that company with a marketing executive who works for that company on contract for 1-3 days per week, for example, for the next 12 months.

Interim Management Services or Temporary Executives – A temporary or interim executive role that typically is 5 days per week for a short period of time to fill a gap between the departure of one key executive.
Leading Key Initiatives, Leading Departments or Leading Companies C-Suite contract executives provide companies like yours with the skills and experience you need to implement new initiatives, develop new strategies for growth, carry out organizational or cultural change, manage complex projects, or fill business-critical roles currently vacant.
Our network of contract executives includes experienced C-levels, Presidents, General Managers and Vice Presidents driving all major corporate functions. Our people typically report to the CEO or to the Board during their client engagement, no matter the title – manager, director, VP, SVP, or Chief Executive Officer.
