Scott Patterson

Scott Patterson is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at C-TRAN, where they have previously held roles such as Chief Capital Projects and Planning Officer and Director of Development and Public Affairs. With extensive experience in leading major capital projects, including Bus Rapid Transit initiatives, Scott has overseen government relations, strategic policy development, and departmental management. Prior to C-TRAN, Scott served as the Executive Director of the Cowlitz-Wahkiakum COG. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at Washington State University.
