Steve Witter is an experienced senior executive in the public transit and infrastructure industry, currently serving as the Director of the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program at C-TRAN. With a history of leading multi-disciplinary project management, Steve has contributed to five rail transit projects that enhanced the livability of the Portland metropolitan area and expanded the MAX Light Rail system. Previously, they held the position of Executive Director of Capital Projects and Construction at TriMet. Steve earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Art, Architecture from Portland State University. Residing in SE Portland with their family, Steve is also dedicated to men's health through involvement with the Movember Foundation.
