Arthi R. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2004 with Excyl, Inc. (formerly Quantum Infotech Inc.), where they held the role of Finance Operations Manager, responsible for managing operations of the company, and negotiating commercial terms and conditions for clients. In 2009, Arthi joined Excyl, Inc. again, this time as Vice President Sales and Sr. Business Development & Operations Manager, where they were accountable for driving sales and revenue growth for new and existing accounts. Finally, in 2018, Arthi became the Director of Business Development at C-Vision Inc.

Arthi R. began their educational journey in 2015 at Oakland University, where they studied Business/Corporate Communications. Arthi then went on to earn their Bachelors from Bangalore University in Finance and Marketing.
