Oliver Busch serves as the Chief People & Growth Officer and Partner at Mawave, Europe's leading social media agency, since January 2023. In addition, Oliver co-founded asap digital, a podcast focused on executive activations and digital strategy, where Oliver also serves as an Executive Trainer and Podcast Host. As an Advisory Board Architect for Die Beirats-Architekten, Oliver designs impactful boards for mid-sized enterprises in Europe.
