Brett Parkinson

Brett Parkinson has a diverse work experience in the field of chemical engineering and research. Starting in 2011 with Momentive, Brett worked as an undergraduate project engineer and later as a part-time quality control chemist. In 2013, they also completed a chemical engineering internship at Incitec Pivot. Brett continued to expand their knowledge and skills by working as a tutor and lecturer at The University of Queensland from 2012 to 2017. Brett then joined The Dow Centre for Sustainable Engineering Innovations as a technology analyst from 2015 to 2017. Following this, Brett pursued a research-oriented role at Imperial College London as a researcher and PhD student from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold a senior position at C-Zero where they started as a senior engineer in 2020 and has now progressed to the role of senior manager in R&D.

From 2010 to 2014, Brett studied at The University of Queensland. During their time there, they obtained both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering.

From 2003 to 2009, Brett attended St Patrick's College in Shorncliffe, Brisbane. Although the degree name and field of study are unknown during this time, this was a significant part of Brett's education history.
