Brett Parkinson has a diverse work experience in the field of chemical engineering and research. Starting in 2011 with Momentive, Brett worked as an undergraduate project engineer and later as a part-time quality control chemist. In 2013, they also completed a chemical engineering internship at Incitec Pivot. Brett continued to expand their knowledge and skills by working as a tutor and lecturer at The University of Queensland from 2012 to 2017. Brett then joined The Dow Centre for Sustainable Engineering Innovations as a technology analyst from 2015 to 2017. Following this, Brett pursued a research-oriented role at Imperial College London as a researcher and PhD student from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they hold a senior position at C-Zero where they started as a senior engineer in 2020 and has now progressed to the role of senior manager in R&D.
