Anna Fomicheva

Anna Fomicheva has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Anna currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Renaissance Insurance. Prior to this, they served as Head of Department at JSC "ER-Telecom Holding" and Head of Recruitment at Freight One and SGS. Anna also worked at ANCOR Energy Services, where they held various roles including Team Lead, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Junior Consultant. Anna'sexpertise includes professional search and selection, business development, project management, and client relations in industries such as oil and gas, power and utilities, chemical industry, supply chain, engineering/construction, QA/QC, HSE, and IT.

Anna Fomicheva attended Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, where they studied social pedagogy and also enrolled in the Institute of foreign languages.
