Brian Painter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution consulting and application systems analysis. Since April 2021, Brian has worked as a Senior Solution Consultant at Genesys, following an extensive tenure at ConvergeOne as an Application System Analyst since April 2013. Prior to these roles, Brian contributed to Genesys | Interactive Intelligence in various positions, including CaaS Services Consultant and Senior CaaS/Managed Services Engineer from May 2007 to April 2013. Earlier in Brian's career, positions included Development Project Coordinator at Orchard Software and Application Consultant at Ontario Systems.
