Eric has held various leadership positions in the technology industry, including roles at C1, Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, and IBM. Eric has extensive experience in cloud operations, managed services, and project management. Eric has been instrumental in driving revenue growth, building cloud operations organizations from the ground up, and integrating assets and solutions from multiple entities. Eric holds a BS in CIS from Missouri State University.
