Greg Miles has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Greg started their career in 1997 as a Branch Manager at Pomeroy Computer Resources, where they successfully established the company as a major player in Central Alabama. In 1999, they joined Cisco, where they held various leadership positions. As the Southeast Area Sales Leader, they developed and executed a go-to-market strategy for the commercial sales organization in 11 states, achieving double-digit YoY business growth. Greg also served as the US Commercial-Collaboration Cloud Sales Force Sales Leader, leading a high-performing team and driving sales and adoption of cloud collaboration products. Greg later became the Director of People Strategy, implementing initiatives for recruiting top sales talent, promoting employee wellbeing, and increasing diversity. At Cisco, Greg achieved impressive results, such as generating $261M in new logo bookings and reducing voluntary attrition by over 40%. In 2023, they joined ConvergeOne as the SVP of Sales, US Public Sector.
From 1990 to 1992, Greg Miles attended Mississippi College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a major in Psychology.
