Jack's career includes significant positions at AT&T, where responsibilities ranged from application management to design and installation of communication solutions, as well as system technician roles at companies such as Nortel and Williams Communications. Jack holds an Associate Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Cuyahoga Community College.
