Larry Dingmann

Larry Dingmann is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation and management. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at ConvergeOne since March 2014, Larry is responsible for negotiating contracts, change orders, and amendments in accordance with company policies. Prior to this role, Larry held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Division Counsel at Lender Processing Services, Inc. from July 2000 to March 2014, overseeing legal matters for various business units and managing outside counsel. Earlier in a legal career, Larry practiced as an Associate Attorney at Balogh Becker Dingmann, Ltd., where responsibilities included civil litigation and bankruptcy management. Larry holds a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a BA in History from Saint John's University.
