Michael Kinlin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in solution consulting and IT architecture, currently serving as Principal Solution Consultant in the Genesys Practice at ConvergeOne since December 2010. Prior roles include Senior IT Architect at ZeroChaos, Telephony Lead for the Province of Ontario's Children, Youth and Social Services I&IT Cluster, and a Senior IT Architect position at IBM Canada Ltd. Michael's career in technology began as an IT Architect at TELUS and a Manager of Advanced Technology at the Ontario Ministry of Finance. Michael holds an M.B.A. with a Marketing Major from York University and a B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
