Mike Orr

Mike Orr has extensive telecommunications experience, currently serving as a Carrier Tech at NETRIO since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mike worked at ConvergeOne as a Technical Administrator from March 2018, and at Arrow Systems Integration as a NOC Tech from May 2010 to March 2018, focusing on switch surveillance and remote maintenance for various telecommunications systems. Previous roles include Switch Surveillance responsibilities at CMSNOC, where Mike monitored multiple clients' VOIP and TDM networks, and telecom surveillance at BNSF Railway. Early in the career, positions included NOC surveillance at Allegiance Telecom and DEX600 switch tech at VarTec Telecom. Mike's education includes military training in communications from the US Army and a high school diploma from New Hampton High School.
