Rob Sohl is an experienced sales leader with a robust background in the technology sector. Since January 2015, Rob has served as the Area Sales Leader for the Western Region and as Director of Sales at ConvergeOne, collaborating closely with the CEO and executive leadership to drive growth and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Rob was the National Channel Manager at Avaya from December 2003 to January 2015, where responsibilities included managing the company’s top Value Added Reseller and developing alternative market strategies. Rob also held the position of Director of Sales for the Americas at Sun Microsystems, overseeing a $165 million revenue plan and a team of 150 sales employees. Additionally, Rob's early career at Xerox Corporation spanned over 17 years in various sales and management roles, primarily focused on high-end production printing within data center environments. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wyoming in 1982.
