Ross Litz

Ross Litz is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and administration. Currently serving as a Microsoft Design Architect at ConvergeOne since August 2016, Ross acts as a technical liaison, facilitating communication between account managers and customers while bridging technologies across various verticals. Prior to this role, Ross held positions at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as a System Administrator 4 / Infrastructure Architect, leading infrastructure application delivery and managing teams during growth activities. Previous experiences also include serving as a Senior Systems Administrator at Charter Communications, focusing on enterprise directory services and identity management infrastructure, as well as an Email Compliance Product Manager at AG Edwards, where Ross successfully architected an enterprise email compliance solution. Ross's career began at Charter Communications as a Systems Admin III, where foundational work on E-Discovery and archiving infrastructure was established. Ross holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Information Technology from Jefferson College.
