Shane Cretacci

Shane Cretacci, PMP, has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Director of Program Management at C1 since January 2006. In this role, Shane has led numerous projects related to Unified Communications, Contact Center, Video Conferencing, Data Networking, and server hardware installations for enterprise and small to medium business accounts. Prior to C1, Shane was a Project Manager and Hospitality Consultant at Combest, managing installation teams for communications and data services within the hospitality sector. Shane's earlier career includes significant IT management positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, demonstrating a strong background in system installations and pre-opening operations. Shane's foundational work experience began in the hospitality industry and included military service as a Combat Engineer. Educational achievements include studies at the University of Phoenix, DeVry University, and PMStudy.
